The only reason I made these in the first place was that the recipe was asking for two very-very ripe bananas and I had just that – two bananas bought about two weeks ago which I should have taken a picture of, but I did not want to scare anyone :).

I have altered the recipe a bit by adding some walnuts which introduced some nutricious crunch into these guys.  Baking these muffins works as the best aromatizer you can get for your appartment, the cinnamon and banana aroma can still be felt two days after baking.  Please let me know if you’d like the recipe.
